Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer exchanges, refunds or warranties unless otherwise specified (e.g. Apple Care+ on selected Apple products).

CHAP Aubaines reserves the right to cancel an order, terminate it or not process it if the price of the merchandise or the available inventory is incorrect.

We are a liquidation center, which means we clear out excess inventory, returns and demos from big-box stores. Our products are all delivered in their original packaging previously opened for verification, unless otherwise stated. All products are tested, verified and functional.

If you have any problems, please contact us at orders@chapaubaines.com within 30 days of your purchase. A follow-up will be carried out by our team as soon as possible to assess the situation. (Please note that customer service delays are not a valid reason to ask for a refund.) No request exceeding 30 days following the purchase will be processed by our team.

Please note, however, that CHAP Aubaines cannot be held responsible if an item is ordered in a specific size, color or style that does not suit you.

Deals/Discount Codes

Our discount codes cannot be applied when there are other active deals on the products. If a discount code is applied by a system error, only one of those will apply. However, the client will have to pay the balance. This is not a valid reason to ask for a full refund without penalty.

It is impossible for us to apply a discount code once the order has been placed since the system does not allow it. Some codes are valid once per person. In that case, you can save it for a future order.

As we are a liquidation center, we do not offer price adjustment if there is a discount on a product previously purchased at a different price.

Cancellation fees and pickup in store

You must collect your order within 30 days of purchase. Otherwise, it will be cancelled and a penalty will be applied to your refund. For an extension request, please contact customer service at orders@chapaubaines.com.

For orders of $49 and less, the penalty amount is $5, and for orders of $50 and more, the penalty is 10%.

If you want to cancel or return an order, CHAP Aubaines will analyze each situation separately. If the product does not match the description or there are more defects, you can ask for exchange, repair or refund, according to the Consumer Production Act. However, reasons like changing your mind or expectations based on third-party information will not be valid reasons for return. CHAP Aubaines reserves the right to choose between a partial refund and a gift card.
